Great location, beautiful space. Great spa facilities and rooms. Highly reccomend.

The sauna and spa facilities only open after 5 was a real let down, as it was one of my main reasons for choosing here. But great nonetheless.

Lovely hotel - great location for exploring

It was a lovely hotel. They only lost a point because the room was insanely warm and the aircon didn't seem to make much difference

Breakfast was a bit odd but probably local Hungarian fare! I had a muffin and yoghurt and there was plenty juice.

Wonderful

-Professional and friendly staff, everyone was helpful. -Excellent location of the hotel, in an ideal place for exploring Budapest. -Clean room, comfortable bed. -Excellent price-quality ratio. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

-The only minor complaint is for the spa area. Sometimes there were no towels, the water pressure in the showers was often bad, sometimes without hot water, and it happened that some people entered the jacuzzi without showering, which is the basis of all hygiene. However, the SPA was clean, and it was really pleasant after long walks. Also, the gym is not that functional, but you can certainly do solid training in it.

All in all I would recommend the hotel.

A lovely, comfortable hotel that is well situated. The staff were very helpful and accomodating, especially with storing luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was excellent.

The floor we stayed on had a peculiar, unpleasant smell, as did the bathroom in the room. It smelled as though there were some unresolved plumbing issues, although the toilet worked perfectly well and the water pressure was excellent.

Overall, the hotel was decent, but considering the price and quality of services, it wouldn't be a 4

We spent a few days here and have some observations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it would be even better if showers were available instead of bathtubs - that would be more practical. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, which certainly added charm to our stay.

Unfortunately, I must note that the rooms had insufficient light, which was sometimes a bit inconvenient. The price for the stay was quite high compared to the offered standard. As for the SPA, it was a bit disappointing. The jacuzzi was dirty, and the sauna temperature was rather low, limiting the enjoyment of these amenities.

Somewhat disappointed

Good location. Neat property

Room was large but no view. The electrical blackout shade woke us every morning as it opened on its own. We reported it but repair work not done. Two coffee pods are inadequate, particularly when I went to breakfast and couldn't get coffee immediately because there were no clean cups. We stayed 5 nights and never had bedding changed. We had only one bathrobe in our delux room and never got another even after requesting. Had to clean and set the breakfast table once we got one...then it was a case of lots of empty trays. Eventually things were always restocked but it seems there are not enough employees. Some recommendations for restaurants, area sites would be good. Or offer a neighborhood map. On okay stay for a 2-3 star property... but supposedly that's not the case. Do, I'm disappointed

Nice comfortable stay on a budget

Hotel was clean and walking distance from main city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size

The bed was super hard and I woke up with a sore body. Rooms were cleaned quite late so we usually went out in the morning to give them time to clean but when we arrived early afternoon for some rest the room was still not cleaned. Some milk for coffee would have been good and possibly leaving more than two sachets of coffee as well in the room.

Very nice and exquisite place

A very special place, close to the most touristic objectives in Budapest. Very clean and comfortable inside the room. The balcony was also very nice. The staff is excellent. Definitely I will choose again this hotel next time I'll visit the town.

The spa area needs some attention. The showers didn't work all the time, the sauna is very small but with the right temperature.

Wonderful

I have no complaints, I was there for a short time and everything was ok. We were in the hotel only when we slept and had breakfast we walked around the city most of the time, the breakfast was great, the rooms were great, clean. Maybe one complaint was that there were no slippers in the room, we asked the reception but they ran out, a bit strange for a 4 star hotel

The staff is very polite. During my stay, the reception staff solved all my requests in ample time. The food in the restaurant was tasty but repeated.

Good

We enjoyed our stay in this modern, comfortable and stylish hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of choice. We enjoyed using the sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi in the spa, which was very clean. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, but see comment below. The location was excellent and was quiet in the evening. We walked to many of the sights that we wanted to visit, but there was a metro station around the corner, and also trams and buses, so travelling around the city was very easy.

Our bedroom was quite dark, even when all the lights were switched on. The towels provided were not of the quality I was expecting for a 4 star hotel, and one of them was very badly frayed along the edges. Similarly the bathrobes we were given for the spa were not only very small, but one of them had holes in the seams and only half a belt. I think we were unlucky because everyone else seemed to have big fluffy ones. The duvets were very thin - great for summer weather - but it was quite cool during our stay and there was no blanket in the room.
